Revolutionary Love Project

The Revolutionary Love Project was founded by civil rights leader, Valarie Kaur. It aims to inspire and equip people to build beloved communities where they are. The project produces educational tools, training courses, artwork, films, music, and mass mobilizations that center the voices of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities. Their current projects focus on racism, nationalism, and hate against Sikh, Muslim, Arab, and South Asian American communities. They are a national initiative based at the University of Southern California.

Remember Oak Creek Campaign

Created as a partnership between the Revolutionary Love Project and the Sikh Coalition, Remember Oak Creek was a social media and digital campaign dedicated to raising awareness about the deadliest massacre of Sikhs on U.S. soil that occurred in 2012.

The campaign aimed to educate audiences about the attack itself, advance legislation to combat terrorism and explain what the Sikh community stands for.

The Remember Oak Creek campaign was picked up by NowThis News and shared by celebrities including Rainn Wilson and W. Kamau Bell
